Complaints

TCES National Online School encourage our students, parents/carers, staff and local authority customers to comment on any aspect of our National Online School.  For example, you may wish to make an observation on an aspect of Online School life, or a suggestion on a matter of school policy. If you have a complaint, please fill out the details on this form and email or post it back to us. Staff members who have a concern or complaint in relation to their contract of employment or employee relationship must follow the TCES National Online School grievance procedure. All other staff complaints should follow this complaints procedure.

We will respond to all complaints within 10 working days in writing whether the complaint is resolved in full or not.  In the event that the complaint is more complex and additional time is needed, we will let you know why more time is needed and provide you with a new deadline in writing. Our intention is to ensure we find a final, satisfactory resolution and the complete investigation should not take longer than 15 working days.

Our final response will again be given in writing.

TCES National Online School will report here on the number of any formal complaints received.

During the Autumn 1 24/25 term, we have received 0 formal complaints.
